One Week Old

It seems a bit hard to believe that its been an entire week since the puppies were born. On first glance they still look so small and new but when I look back at pictures from seven days ago it becomes evident that so much really has changed. They have all gained weight and now weight nearly two pounds. Their eyes and ears still have not opened but they are getting a bit fluffier and starting to look a bit more like small dogs. They have not found their voices yet, but do make some of the cutest grunts and groans. They are also getting stronger, they can now scoot themselves around a bit more.



The puppies are still far too young to eat solid food
but that doesn't stop them from climbing into Maddie's dinner dish.
